Canon Fashion Me Run & Photomarathon

Professional cameras were seen as inconvenient and geeky, while smartphone cameras became mainstream. To put Canon back on young Vietnamese people's radar and give them a convincing reason to buy, April combined two things they love, running and fashion, into Fashion Me Run: an annual event for a trendy, youthful, mobile-first generation, with online registration, event materials and a live event.

PHOTOMARATHON: LIVE WHAT YOU LOVE

After Fashion Me Run, April brought the same youthful spirit to Canon's annual Photomarathon, with more entry levels for amateurs and semi-professionals while keeping the challenge for professional Canon fans. The light mirrorless EOS M50 achieved strong sales among young customers, the first full-frame mirrorless EOS R made a strong impression in the professional community, and both cameras won at the VnExpress Tech Awards.
